PURPOSE: A smart micro-grid operating system and an operating method thereof are provided to satisfy energy consumption with minimum electric charges by fluidly integrating multiple distributed power sources and various energy consuming areas. CONSTITUTION: An energy input module(110) is provided with electric power from a distributed power source. An energy production information receiving module(120) receives energy production information related to electric energy production of the distributed power source. An energy use information receiving module(130) receives energy use information related to electric energy use of an energy consuming area. A storage information receiving module(140) receives storage information related to multiple storages having different properties. An calculating module(150) calculates an energy map for minimizing electric charges based on the energy production information, the energy use information and the storage information.
