ORALLY DISINTEGRATING TABLET COMPRISING SILDENAFIL FREE BASE

PURPOSE: An oral disintegrating tablet containing a sildenafil free base is provided to ensure quick disintegration without water within 30 seconds, and to enhance drug compliance of patients. CONSTITUTION: An oral disintegrating tablet contains a sildenafil free base, and two or more kinds of disintegrants. The disintegrants are selected from the group consisting of sodium starch glycolate, croscarmellose sodium, and crospovidone. The oral disintegrating tablet further contains an additive selected from the group consisting of a diluent, a flavoring agent, a corrigent, and a mixture thereof.
