PURPOSE: A panel cutting device for an edge-banding machine is provided to completely prevent the separation of edge bands attached on both end portions of the front and rear surfaces of a panel with a simple configuration, thereby maintaining the quality of the panels. CONSTITUTION: A panel cutting device for an edge-banding machine comprises a conveyor(100), a transfer roller(200), and a cutting device(300). The cutting device includes a plain milling cutter(310) and a pressing member(330). The plain milling cutter is vertically erected so that a cutter blade of the plain milling cutter is installed to face an edge surface of a panel(P) so that the plain milling cutter upwardly cuts the panel from a front end portion to a rear end portion of the edge surface. The pressing member is in contact with the rear end portion of the edge surface of the panel such that the rear end portion of the edge surface is cut after cutting the front end portion of the edge surface and moves forward with the panel by pressing the rear surface of the panel.
