<p>[PROBLEMS] To enable to generate data for coding which can be coded by an arbitrary coding method for RGB when coding a photosensitive sensor image using a color filter, and to enable to obtain an RGB image without decoding all the components of all the pixels. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] From inputted image data wherein each pixel block having the same size can be divided into a set of pixels each of which includes R, G, B components each in the same number, and R components, G components, and B components which are not included in the set of pixels each of which includes R, G, B components each in the same number, a color component formation means (151) extracts the set of pixels each of which includes R, G, B components each in the same number from each pixel block. A single component formation means (152) extracts one or more kinds of single components out of the R, G, B components not included in the set of pixels from each pixel block from the inputted image data.</p> |
