HEAT RECOVERYING TYPE'S CIRCULATING GRAIN DRYER

PURPOSE: A grain drying machine is provided to enhance drying efficiency within a grain drier and chamber by moving only grains into grain drying machine after removing foreign substance and husk. CONSTITUTION: A circular grain drying machine of exhaust heat recovery system is formed with a upper hopper(10) which has a foreign substance outlet(11) in one side of wall; a foreign substance separating device(20) which outlets foreign substance included among grains(1) passing through inside of upper hopper by inhaling and blasting air toward a foreign substance inhaling outlet; an air supply chamber(32) supplied with air in one side of grains pass chamber(31), an air exhaust chamber(33) which exhausts air in the other side of a grain pass chamber; several holes formed in the wall of grains pass chamber to inject air from an air supply chamber and outlet through grain pass chamber; a main body(30) formed with grain store chamber in upper side of grain pass chamber, air supply chamber, and air exhaust chamber; a grain dispersion device(34) formed to let grains be injected inside the main body fall by evenly dispersing; a lower hopper(50) with an outlet(51) formed in the lower hopper; an exhaust controller(70) formed to control the exhausting amount of grain through lower hopper; a moisture meter(90) formed to measure the water content percentage of grains; a bucket elevator(80) formed to supply grains exhausted from lower hopper to upper hopper; and an air supply pipe connected with one side of air supply pipe installed with an air exhaust chamber of main body. A vertical agitator(40) comprises a vertical pivot(41), an agitating blade(42), and a rotating apparatus(43).
