PURPOSE: A remote opening and closing system for a vehicle, an opening and closing method thereof and an opening and closing remote controller are provided to efficiently manage the battery of a remote controller and perform multiple opening and closing functions with one key. CONSTITUTION: A remote controller senses time for which a key is pressed and transmits a data frame corresponding to a predetermined operation through a wireless communication in case the key is being pressed until a predetermined time. A vehicle control unit controls the operation of a vehicle opening and closing unit, receives the data frame from the remote controller and performs the corresponding opening or closing operation of the vehicle opening and closing unit.
