PURPOSE: A text mining-based tour information service device and a method thereof are provided to extract or structurize useful tour place information from various tour contents by using text mining technology and recommend or track local main tour places through the analysis of structurizing information stored in a knowledge base. CONSTITUTION: A tour content analyzing unit(100) extracts or structurizes a correlation between a plurality of tour contents. The tour content analyzing unit makes the extracted or structurized tour contents into a database. A tour information providing unit(200) analyzes main tour places based on a specific location according to a demand of a user. The tour information providing unit recommends or tracks a tour route.
