PURPOSE: A mirror plate processing device is provide to reduce a manufacturing process time of a mirror plate and production cost by press processing a large-sized mirror plate at one time to comprise the left and right sides of a water tank. CONSTITUTION: A mirror plate processing device comprises an upper part(20) mold with a round ring shape, a lower part mold(60), a steel plate mounting part(50) with a round ring shape, and three or more cylinders(70). The upper mold with the round ring shape is combined with a press by a plurality of press connection parts as a medium. The lower mold is fixed and installed at the supporting stand of the lower side of an aperture of the upper mold. The steel plate mounting part with the round ring shape is installed in the form covering the lower mold. Three or more cylinders support the steel plate mounting part at the lower part of the steel plate mounting part and maintains the same angle each other. The cylinder and the lower part of the supporting stand are fixed and installed at the lower part of the device. |
