PURPOSE: A rotary angle sensor manufacturing method facilitating to manufacture and rotary angle sensor manufactured by the same are provided to simplify a manufacturing process, to reduce a manufacturing time, to easily arrange a plurality of pins on a mold frame, and to solidify in a fixing unit. CONSTITUTION: A rotary angle sensor manufacturing method is as follows. A pin structure comprising a plurality of pins(10,20) having inner and outer terminals and connection units(16,26) connecting intervals of the pins is arranged within a mold frame. A separating device having a separation member is installed in a front surface of the pin structure. The separation member moves to the connection units of the pin structure. The separation member separates the connection units by moving to a higher position of the connection units. The separation member is laid in a position where the connection unit is separated for a predetermined time and the intervals of the pins is filled with a resin at the same time so that the fixing unit is molded. The separating device moves to an opposite direction and the separation member is separated from the fixing unit after the fixing unit hardens. |
