PURPOSE: An image processing system is provided to improve the accuracy of processing editing, mapping images and map images to enhance the reliability of a digital map manufactured by the corresponding images. CONSTITUTION: An image processing system comprises a pair of bases, a supporter, and a regulating point lamp including a lamp and a cable duct. The base includes a box body(111), a pair of covers(112,112'), a ring(113), an elastic body, and a magnetic body. The supporter includes a plate, legs, a magnetic material, a plurality of guide rails, and a vibrator. A slot type guide groove(800) is formed in the inner wall of the box body. An upper cover(810) is fixed in the upper front surface of the slot type guide groove. The ring is fitted into the slot type guide groove, thereby being slid. One end of a rubber band is fixed to the ring, and the other end of the rubber band is connected to the lower part of the cover through the upper part of the slot type guide groove.
