PURPOSE: A substrate classification transfer apparatus is provided to prevent unnecessary air consumption while classifying and transferring various sizes of substrates by controlling a suction rate according to the size of a substrate by a partitioned groove classified into a plurality of partitioned grooves. CONSTITUTION: A reciprocation transfer unit is installed in a rail and is transferred back and forth according to operation of a driving apparatus. A transfer plate(20) is formed in the upper part of the reciprocation unit after penetrating a plurality of suction holes(21) for suction of a substrate, forms a plurality of partitioned grooves(23) being connected with the suction holes in a lower part and forms a detachment groove unit for detachment of a substrate in the upper part. A connection plate(30) consists of a connection path(31) connected with the partitioned groove of the transfer plate and is closely attached to the bottom surface of the transfer plate. A suction connection unit(40) connects one side to the connection path of the connection plate, forms a connection hole connected with a suction apparatus in the other side and is closely attached to the bottom surface of the connection plate.
