SILICON INGOT MULTIPROCESSING MACHINE

PURPOSE: A multitasking machine of a silicon ingot is provided to improve workability by gradationally progressing to cut both sides of the silicon ingot, chamfering, and grinding and to include a fixed quality by rationalizing the processing time and level. CONSTITUTION: A multitasking machine(100) of a silicon ingot(2) comprises an aligner(100), an auto loading device(200), a clamping device(300), a pair of cutting devices(400), and two pairs of grinding devices(500). The aligner is installed on one side of a main frame and arranges the posture of the silicon ingot. The auto loading device moves with the arranged silicon ingot. The clamping device is installed on the upper center of the main frame and rotates the silicon ingot while moving to a longitudinal direction of the main frame with the silicon ingot. A pair of cutting devices is individually installed on both sides of the center of the main frame and grinds both sides of the silicon ingot moved and rotated by the clamping device. Two pairs of the grinding devices are separated from a rear side of the cutting devices and are individually installed on both sides of the upper rear part of the main frame. Two pairs of the grinding devices grind both sides of the silicon ingot grinded by the cutting devices.
