<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-speed electricity line capable of improving solder heat resistance at a part to be soldered and improving the signal quality after transmission, in particular, when the high-speed electricity line is used as a differential electricity line. <P>SOLUTION: The density of glass fiber constituting glass fabric is selectively high at an area 1-3 where each electrode is formed, as compared with that in an area 1-4 where a transmission line is formed. Thereby, a temperature resistance and a mechanical strength are improved. The glass fiber of the glass fabric 1-2 and the transmission line are arranged so that they may not be parallel to prevent the glass fiber from being located just under the transmission line along with the longitudinal direction of the transmission line. The density of the glass fiber is low at the area 1-4 where the transmission line is formed, so that the flexibility as a flexible substrate is improved and the number of crossings is decreased with respect to the glass fiber located directly under the transmission line through the substrate material.
