[Also in Division A4] Wall lining panels 12 are mounted in spaced relationship from a wall 9 between spaced, vertical rails 1 secured to the wall 9 and are located by pins 3 slidably mounted in collars 3 carried by the rails 1, the pins 3 being engaged in vertical grooves 5 in the side edges of the panels 12. The panels 12 have further grooves (6) opening into the rear face of the panel 12 and having the same spacing as the pins 3, the further grooves (6) communicating with the vertical grooves 5 so that a panel 12 may be fitted by first engaging the further grooves (6) with the pins 3 and then displacing the panel vertically with the pins 3 located in the grooves 5. The further grooves (6) may be horizontal or upwardly and forwardly inclined. The vertical grooves 5 may be continuous over the height of the panel or may be associated indivdually one with each further groove (6). The panel 12 may rest on the floor or may be wedged from beneath to bear on the ceiling. Mouldings (10) at floor and ceiling levels may be fitted. |
