PURPOSE: A Lottery issuing system and a method thereof are provided to enable a user to purchase a lottery through a lottery issuing machine, thereby reducing time necessary for lottery purchase. CONSTITUTION: A lottery issuing machine(200) requests the issue of a lottery to a main server(300). The lottery issuing machine transmits lottery information received from the main server to a mobile terminal(100) through a second near field communication(NFC) unit. When the mobile terminal inquires a wining result, the lottery issuing machine transmits the winning result, which is received from the main server, to the mobile terminal through the second NFC unit.
