PURPOSE: A motor driving apparatus for a vehicle having a noise reduction structure is provided to capacitively-couple a power terminal and a frame ground by forming the frame ground on a printed circuit board. CONSTITUTION: A motor driving apparatus(120) for a vehicle comprises an analog circuit part(121), a digital circuit part(122), and a power supply part(123). First to third power terminals(123a,123b,121a) are formed in the analog circuit part, the digital circuit part, and the power supply part. A frame ground(124) is capacitively-coupled one or more of the first to third power terminals. The frame ground collects electromagnetic noise from the power terminal. |
