PURPOSE: A fuse molding apparatus and method for a battery protection circuit are provided to remarkably improve the productivity of a fuse and to improve work efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A fuse molding apparatus for a battery protection circuit comprises an upper holder(100) and a lower holder(200); a punch(300) which applies pre-pressure to a fuse(10) in the upper holder, and comprises a bending processing part(310) which comprises a bending processing part(310) bending and processing a part of a pin in the fuse and a cutting part(320) cutting the part of the pin; a die(400) with a fuse settlement groove on which the fuse is mounted at the lower location corresponding to the punch; and a guide bar(500) which is installed in between the upper holder and the lower holder, and guides the elevating and descending movement of the upper holder.
