PURPOSE: A system electricity stabilization charging electric vehicle and an operating method thereof are provided to reduce contaminants generated in a power generating process by implementing a peak electricity stabilizing function, which is related to system electricity, at an electric vehicle when charging a battery. CONSTITUTION: A system electric power monitoring device(2) includes a charging logic. An inverter supplies electricity to a drive motor(5). The inverter forms a power generation route. The power generation route is connected to the front end of a charging device(1) through the system electric power monitoring device when peak electricity is detected by the system electric power monitoring device in a charging mode.
