PURPOSE: A pressure container is provided to achieve weight reduction by removing materials with design requirements satisfied. CONSTITUTION: A pressure container comprises a polygonal upper wall(1), a polygonal lower wall, a side wall(2), an upper curved part(3), and a lower curved part. The upper curved part connects the edge of the upper wall and the top of the side wall. The lower curved part connects the edge of the lower wall and the bottom of the side wall. The thickness of the center part of the upper wall, the thickness of the upper curved part, and the thickness of an annular part of the upper wall formed between the center part of the upper wall and the lower curved part become thinner in order. The thickness of the center part of the lower wall, the thickness of the lower curved part, and the thickness of an annular part of the lower wall formed between the center part of the lower wall and the lower curved part become thinner in order.
