PURPOSE: A digital mind service device and a method thereof are provided to construct a system including the same mind as a user by using a digitalized nominal map. CONSTITUTION: A mind input module(102) receives view line tracking information, sensitivity information, or user log information. A mind nominal map generating module(104) generates a mind nominal map by analyzing the user log information, the sensitivity information, or the view line tracking information. An execution module(108) executes a mind nominal map according to the view line information, or a peripheral environment. A mind nominal map output module(112) outputs an action corresponding to the execution of the mind nominal map.
