Device comprising means for positioning optical-fiber (2) in a transverse plane on a support (3). The device (1) presents a fixed casing (5) and a rotating body (6) by means of a first motor (61), while it also comprises an arm (7) mounted onto the body (6) at an eccentric point with respect to the center of rotation of said body (6), the optical fiber (2) being located at the extremity of the arm (7), and the arm (7) being moved by a second motor (62), thus enabling the spatial positioning of said optical fiber (2) by means of two rotational motions. The arm (7) is mounted directly onto the shaft (66) of the motor (62), being said shaft (66) preloaded by means of angular bearings (68) and springs (69) inside the front terminal (67) of the body (6). The second motor (62) is located at the extremity of the body (6), flanged to the terminal (67).
