摘要 <p>Converting recyclable materials, comprises (a) heating the recyclable materials with mixture of additives in a thermally insulated recyclable material converter (1) in a first heating phase, where completely formed steam and additionally vaporized oil escape from the recyclable material converter, and (b) carrying out water- and oxygen-free heating in a second heating phase, where: the recyclable materials convert to oil vapors and a residue made of bitumen flows into a container (2), and non-convertible and non-converted components remain in recyclable material converter. Converting recyclable materials, comprises (a) heating the recyclable materials with mixture of additives at 110[deg] C, in a thermally insulated recyclable material converter (1) in a first heating stage, where completely formed steam and additionally vaporized oil escape from the recyclable material converter, and (b) carrying out water- and oxygen-free heating at 110-280[deg] C in a second heating phase, where: the recyclable materials convert to oil vapors, supported by the additives and a residue made of bitumen flows into a container (2), and non-convertible and non-converted components remain in recyclable material converter; the water and oil vapors from the first heating phase are condensed in at least one condensation element, and are separated; and the vaporized oil from the second heating phase is condensed in at least one other condensation element, and the uncondensed oil optionally with the addition of fuel from external sources, is used as a fuel for a cogeneration plant (8), and the obtained water is disposed. The input mixture comprising recyclable materials and additives for the initial loading of recyclable material converter, comprise recyclable materials according to the capacity of recyclable material converter, acetic acid aluminum oxide (0.5-2% based on the weight of the recyclable materials mixture), with an aluminum content of greater than 20%, and alternatively zinc or zinc oxide materials are used, activated charcoal (0.5-2% based on the weight of recyclable material mixture), silicon sand (0.05-0.15% based on the weight of recyclable material mixture), oil (3-8% based on the weight of recyclable material mixture), preferably waste oil or oil obtained from the conversion process. The used additives are supplemented during subsequent batches, and the method is carried out in a depressurized state in the absence of air. An independent claim is also included for a plant for carrying out the above method, comprising the thermally insulated recyclable material converter operating at the depressurized state in the absence of air, whose bottom surface comprises a heater made of ceramic material, with a built-in electric heater and is mounted in a flexible manner, at least one condensation element downstream to the recyclable material converter, for condensing and separating the water and oil vapors in a first heating phase, at least one condensation element downstream to the recyclable material converter, for condensing oil vapors in a second heating phase, the cogeneration plant downstream to the condensation elements, outlets for water condensed in the first heating phase and oil condensed oil in the first and second heating phase, and a technical device for filling and emptying the recyclable material converter.</p>
