PURPOSE: An LED lighting apparatus for simplifying a manufacturing process and for improving intensity of illumination are provided to differently transform a lens unit which protects an outer tube of an LED by forming a coupling structure which couples the lens unit protecting the outer tube of the LED. CONSTITUTION: One or more LED elements(20) are mounted on an upper plate of a PCB substrate(10). A lens unit insertion hole(11) is formed on the PCB substrate to couple the LED element without a chemical adhesive as many as the number of the LED element. Each LED element is inserted into the lens unit. Multiple layers of the lens unit improve illumination by diffusing light of the LED element to multiple sides. The lens unit insertion hole is etched or punched while being symmetric on both sides of a longitudinal direction of the PCB substrate per one LED element. The lens unit has one or a pair of coupling terminals per one lens unit to be coupled with the lens unit insertion hole. |
