PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a ship block is provided to simplify a process of manufacturing the ship block by welding a contact portion between a unit panel and a horizontal reinforcing member. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a ship block comprises following steps. A vertical reinforcing member is manufactured to have a unit length corresponding to an installation gap of a horizontal reinforcing member(S310). The horizontal reinforcing member into a plate shape is manufactured(S320). The horizontal reinforcing member is placed to vertically face the unit panel. The boxing on a contact cross section between the vertical reinforcing member and the horizontal reinforcing member is performed(S300). The flat welding on an end part of the unit panel and horizontal reinforcing member is performed after the boxing(S340). |
