PURPOSE: A method for producing bio butanol using plant-derived cellulose ingredients is provided to prevent suppression of citrate in butanol fermentation. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing butanol using plant-derived cellulose ingredients comprises: a step of decomposing the plant-derived cellulose ingredients into cellulose or hemicellulose; a step of adding acid or base to adjust pH concentration to prepare liquid raw material; a step of adding diastatic enzyme to the liquid raw material; a step of preparing a medium using the saccahrified liquid and fermenting microorganism in the medium. The microorganism includes Clostridium butylicum, Clostridium acetobutylicum, or Clostridium beijerinckii. |
