PURPOSE: A ceramic coating damage diagnostic unit and a method using compressed air are provided to detect an elastic wave by spraying compressed air to a ceramic coating layer. CONSTITUTION: A ceramic coating damage diagnostic unit comprises a jig(120), an injection nozzle, a detection sensor(140) and a controller. The jig supports the ceramic-coated pidgin honeydew(111). The compressed air sprays to a target mounted on the injection nozzle. The detection sensor detects the collision of the compressed air and the target. The controller analyzes the electric signal delivered from the detection sensor. The controller decides the damage to the ceramic coating layer. |
