PURPOSE: A device for cooling high temperature air in a compressor housing is provided to reduce the absorption and sedimentation of blow-by gas in the compressor housing while the high temperature air passing through the compressor housing is cooled. CONSTITUTION: A device for cooling high temperature air in a compressor housing comprises an intake side connecting pipe(610), a cooling housing(710), and a water jacket. The intake side connecting pipe connects a compressor(400) of a turbocharger(200) and an engine(100). The cooling housing encloses a periphery of the intake side connecting pipe. The water jacket jets coolants into the cooling housing. |
