PURPOSE: An implant with hydrophilic surface is provided to improve an osteogenesis effect and to reduce osseo-integration period. CONSTITUTION: An implant with hydrophilic surface is manufactured by coating the rough surface made of titanium or titanium alloy with a film which is made of inorganic salt based on phosphate selected from monosodium phosphate, disodium phosphate, trisodium phosphate, and calcium phosphate. A pollution source is removed from the surface of the implant before coating.
