<p>&lt;P&gt;PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a dispenser for surely mounting a chip and dripping without mistake. Ž&lt;P&gt;SOLUTION: The dispenser includes a housing; a dispensing pump disposed on an upper lid of the housing; a shaft connected to the dispensing pump and disposed through a first and a second holes and to which a first through-hole is formed at central portion; an elastic ring thorough which the shaft extends; a slider which consists of a large diameter portion, to which a flange is formed at one end, and a small diameter portion, through which a second through-hole is formed at central portion where the shaft penetrates, of which the flange is disposed within a space of the housing, of which the large diameter portion penetrates the second hole formed at a lower lid of the housing, and of which the flange engages with the second hole; and a sensor which outputs a signal when the flange of the slider comes close to a lower end of the ring.
