Cmpds. of the general formula - (I) R1 = H or alkyl opt. subst. by NH2, NHalkyl, Nalkyl2, NHacyl, O-alkyl, O-acyl, OH, SH, S alkyl, CO2H, CO2 alkyl, or CONH2. - R2 = opt. unsatd. cycloalkyl opt. subst. by endoalkylene gps, annellated, or subst. by opt. unsatd. cycloalkyl, or A-X-B, where A = opt. unsatd. alkyl or cycloalkyl opt. subst. by OH, Oacyl, CO2H, or aryl - X = a single bond, O, S, N-alkyl, or N-acyl. - and B = alkyl, alkenyl, aryl, furyl, pyridyl, indolyl, or imidazolyl all opt. subst. by one or more halogen, alkyl, haloalkyl, Oalkyl, Oaryl, Oacyl, OH, SH, Salkyl, NO2, CO2H, CO2 alkyl, or methylsulphonylamino residues. - I act on the heart and blood circulation and esp. on the coronary circulation.
