PURPOSE: An automatic product information extracting method and a device thereof are provided to monitor a product by automatically extracting advantages and disadvantages for the product. CONSTITUTION: A searching engine unit(120) searches for a product name based on a document. An advantage and disadvantage sentence extracting device(130) extracts sentences including the advantage and the disadvantage for the product in the searched document. A similar meaning advantage and disadvantage classification unit(140) classifies the extracted sentences. A representative advantage and disadvantage labeling unit(150) selects a reference sentence from the classified sentences. A weighted value calculation device(160) calculates the weighted value of the selected representative sentence. The searching engine unit searches query comprising the product name, the advantage, and the disadvantage.
