PURPOSE: A mileage calculation system and a method thereof are provided to receipt the postal matter after passing categorization when the agency receives the large amount postal matter by calculating mileage and categorizing the postal matter. CONSTITUTION: An information storage unit(110) stores a mail fee table, a quantity reduction rate table, and a category reduction rate table. A first reduction rate determiner unit(130) determines the amount of materials reduction rate about a plurality of postal matters. A second reduction rate determiner unit(150) determines the category reduction rate about a plurality of postal matters. A mileage calculator unit(170) calculates the integration charge about a plurality of postal matters. The mileage calculator unit calculates the mileage about a plurality of postal matters. |
