PURPOSE: A portable charcoal grill for skewer using three surfaces is provided to reduce cooking time with maximized heat efficiency and to prepare a cookout for four or five people with one device. CONSTITUTION: A portable charcoal grill for skewer using three surfaces comprises a body(100), skewer inlet grooves(101), an upper part of the body, a cover(200), and an charcoal mesh. The skewer inlet grooves are formed in left and right surfaces of the body to insert skewers on which grilled foods are putted for cooking. The upper part of the body selectively includes a hanging plate(300) and a stone plate. The hanging plate is coupled to the upper part of the body so that the grilled foods can be vertically hung on fitting supports(400) to grill. The cover is detachably installed in the left and right surfaces of the body so that the heat generating from charcoal can be collected to the inside. The charcoal mesh is fixed in a charcoal fixing groove at the center of the body so that the ignited charcoal can be putted to use heat source. |
