PURPOSE: A multiport memory device, a semiconductor device including the same, and a system are provided to improve an operation speed by preventing the delay of a task operation. CONSTITUTION: A first port(P1) and a second port(P2) are prepared. The first port is different from the second port. A first processor accesses a first memory region(310) coupled to the first port. A second processor accesses a second memory region(320) coupled to the second port. The first processor and the second processor commonly access a common memory region and include two or more banks. When the first processor accesses a first bank, the second accesses a second bank.
