Apparatus for preparing and dispensing hot or cold milk, in the frothed or non-frothed state, in a coffee machine for preparing various types of beverages based on coffee with milk, said machine comprising an apparatus (1) for producing the coffee with an associated dispensirig device (4), a frothing device (17) for frothing the milk when required and at least one nozzle (18) for dispensing the milk. A pump (27) arranged along the milk line and intercept valves (20,23) arranged along the air line (21) and the steam line (19), respectively, are able to be operated independently of each other such that the milk line (26), the steam line (19) and the air line (21) are connected to said chamber (33) of the frothing device (17) one at a time or in combination with each other. |
