<p>The mechanism has a grease filter (1) arranged in a suction portion of a housing. A filter panel (2) is arranged at distance apart from the grease filter such that a gap is produced for ascending vapor. A condensate guide element (5) is arranged above a vapor inlet region (4). The guide element comprises a drip edge (6), where fat and condensate residues are derived on the drip edge. A grease filter surface (7) is faced on an upper side (8) of the filter panel.</p> |
