PURPOSE: A closing and opening device for a door and a closing and opening structure of a hinged door or a sliding door including the closing and opening device are provided to enable easy installation and to conveniently close or open the hinged door using a rotary and linear motion. CONSTITUTION: A closing and opening device for a door comprises a motor unit(10), a pinion gear(20), a frame(30), a rack gear(50), and a sliding rail(40). The motor unit supply a driving force to open a hinged door. The pinion gear is rotated by a motor unit. The frame is rotatably installed in the motor unit. The rack gear engages with the pinion gear, and the sliding rail slides accordingly to the rotation of the pinion gear. The sliding rail is connected to a rack gear and is installed by penetrating inside the frame. |
