<p>PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for nucleic acid sequence analysis by the fixation of nanoparticles in a nanochannel are provided to continuously supply nucleic acid synthase and bases, and to analyze long nucleic acid sequences. CONSTITUTION: A method for nucleic acid sequence analysis by the fixation of nanoparticle in a nanochannel comprises: a step of binding the nanoparticles to one end of a nucleic acid; a step of introducing the nucleic acid to singular or plural nanochannel(s); and a step of fixing the nanoparticles inside the nanochannel, and elongating the nucleic acid.
