<p>PURPOSE: A light emitting element package and a light emitting device including the same are provided to prevent moisture and an interlayer short of a light emitting structure by forming an insulation layer on the surface of a light emitting device. CONSTITUTION: A body(11) includes a cavity(15). A first lead frame(30) and a second lead frame(40) are arranged in the cavity of the body. A heat radiation frame(20) is arranged between the first lead frame and the second lead frame. A light emitting device(101) is formed on the first lead frame and the second lead frame. A first lead part(33) and a second lead part(43) are arranged on the side of the body. A first heat radiation unit(24) is bent from the heat radiation frame.</p> |
