Apparatus (1) for heat treatment of tubular textile items (2), comprising a plurality of supporting units (6) for the textile items (2), on each of which at least two supports (15) on which a respective tubular textile item (2) is fitted are rotatably mounted; an endless guide (7) for guiding the supporting units through the heat-treatment station (4); a first actuating system (9) to move the supporting units (6) along the guide (7); a second actuating system (20) to rotate the supports (15) and control the rotation speed of the supports (15) in order to vary the total number of turns that the supports (15) perform around themselves during a full revolution of the supporting unit along the guide (7). |
