PURPOSE: A novel microorganism for preventing sclerotium disease and gray mold, and a microorganism preparation are provided to be used as an agent for preventing the sclerotium disease and gray mold by replacing agrochemicals. CONSTITUTION: A novel microorganism for preventing sclerotium disease and gray mold contains Bacillus thuringiensis JC154(KCTC 18216P) with antibacterial activity against the sclerotium disease and gray mold. A microorganism preparation for preventing the sclerotium disease and gray mold contains the Bacillus thuringiensis JC154, a culture medium of the strains, or an extract of the culture medium extract as an active ingredient. The microorganism preparation contains an excipient.
