PURPOSE: An environment-friendly waste tire pyrolysis oil extraction apparatus is provided to heat-decompose waste tires without discharging additional pollutants, and to obtain reclaimed oil from the heat-decomposed tires to use as fuel. CONSTITUTION: An environment-friendly waste tire pyrolysis oil extraction apparatus comprises the following: a furnace(1) for increasing a temperature using a first auxiliary burner for staring the thermal reaction inside a thermal reactor(2) and generating oil vapor; a cooling condenser(3) for firstly forming oil using the oil vapor; a second cooling condenser(7) for secondly condensing the oil; a waste gas separator(4) passing residual waste gas to the next furnace for removing dioxin and harmful materials by burning; a heat exchanger(8) for reducing the temperature of the gas; and a washing tower(9) filtering dust and solid materials before discharging the gas to the atmosphere. |
