PURPOSE: A sandpaper device and a processing method the same is provided to improve coating spread rate of surface of a street lamp by coating the surface after grinding the surface of the street lamp. CONSTITUTION: A sandpaper device comprises a surface processing material(10), a driving motor(30), a front and rear working board(40) and a moving board(50). The surface processing material is closely installed on the surface of a street lamp(6) which is rotatably fixed in a fixing chuck(4) of both sides of a lathe(2). The driving motor is connected to the center of a rotation axis. The front and rear working board is separately installed in the lower part of the surface processing material. The moving board is installed in the lower part of the front and rear working board.
