PURPOSE: A possible driving distance calculating method for an electric vehicle and a calculating device thereof are provided to prevent unnecessary charging by noticing a driver accurate charging time with the precise displaying of a minimum drivable distance. CONSTITUTION: A battery(120) supplies power to an electric vehicle. A control part(110) calculates the minimum drivable distance of the electric vehicle with the consumption of the battery and a current drivable distance when an electronic device(300) mounted at the electric vehicle is operating according to the operational setting of a user. The current drivable distance is calculated based on the information of the battery. The control part indicates the minimum calculated drivable distance with a display part(130).
