PURPOSE: A reinforced concrete structure having a plurality of cylinder type steel fibers is provided to effectively reinforce the concrete by mixing steel fibers and to lead ductile breaking of a concrete structure. CONSTITUTION: A reinforced concrete structure having a plurality of cylinder type steel fibers consecutively places a plurality of steel fiber mesh fragments(11) in a longitudinal direction in order to form a fragment weaving member(1) by weaving the steel fiber mesh fragments with a connecting rope(20). The reinforced concrete structure having a plurality of cylinder type steel fibers pours concrete with the fragment weaving member inside a form(10) to be integrated with the concrete.
