PURPOSE: A bicycle with a movable chain and an eccentric pedal is provided to easily and safely ride a bicycle by always maintaining a treadle in parallel to the ground. CONSTITUTION: A bicycle(100) with a movable chain(60) and an eccentric pedal(70,70') comprises a body frame(10), front and rear wheel frames(20,30), a front wheel(40), and a rear wheel(50). The front and rear wheel frames are connected to the body frame. The front and rear wheels are formed on the front and rear wheel frames. A moving groove(11) for moving the chain and fixing grooves(12) for fixing the chain are formed on the body frame. A fixing member having fixing protrusions on a chain shaft of the chain and a spring for horizontally controlling the position of the fixing member are fixed on pedals. A weight(71) is formed in the pedals, and spacing grooves are formed on a pedal frame to adjust the height of a treadle. In order to fix the pedals to the spacing grooves, a fixing unit having a first screw part and a fixing unit groove having a second screw part are formed. |
