摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A scheduling apparatus through beam scanning capable of obtaining optimal transmission efficiency in a beam forming based wireless communications system and a method thereof are provided to transmit a reference signal including the identification information configured by including at least one from a cell identification information, a sector identification information, a beam identification information and a beam overload information. CONSTITUTION: A transmission control unit(470) performs the control operation in order to transmit a reference signal using at least one transmission beam pattern. The transmission control unit performs scheduling between beams about a reception group in consideration of a first transmission beam pattern selected in a beam setting unit. Each of multiple RF(Radio Frequency) routes(430-1-430-NT) is connected to each antenna element. The multiple RF routes transmit the reference signal through each transmission beam pattern selected in the beam setting unit. The multiple RF routes form a beam in order to transmit a signal to the reception group using a first transmission beam pattern selected in the beam setting unit.
