<p>PURPOSE: A semiconductor device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to efficiently arrange a plurality of pads and a plurality of conductive lines in a narrow area by arranging a contact pad in an empty space between conductive lines. CONSTITUTION: Memory blocks(MB1,MB2) includes a plurality of curved conductive lines. The plurality of conductive lines include a first region which is extended in a first direction and a second region which is extended in a second direction across the first direction. The plurality of conductive lines included in the memory block are grouped to a plurality of groups(G1-G3). A plurality of contact pads(40) are connected to a second region of the plurality of conductive lines. The memory block includes conductive lines(51,52) whose widths are wider than the widths of the plurality of conductive lines.</p> |
