POLYDIACETYLENE LIPOSOME BIOSENSOR AND PRODUCING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A polydiacetylene liposome biosensor and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to use the polydiacetylene liposome biosensor in a drug delivery system. CONSTITUTION: A polydiacetylene liposome biosensor contains polydiacetylene(PDA) which is conjugated with Ni-NTA-DOGS lipid, and methoxy polyethyleneglycol(MPEG) or a derivative thereof. The PDA derivative is PCDA(10,12-pentacosadiynoic acid). A method for preparing a liposome containing MPEG-PDA or a derivative thereof for detecting a biomaterial comprises: a step of dissolving PDA or the derivative thereof, Ni-NTA-DOGS lipid, and MPEG-PDA or the derivative thereof in an organic solvent; a step of volatilizing the organic solvent; a step of adding distilled water, and heating the mixture in a water bath; and a step of performing sonication and filtering.
