PURPOSE: A fluidized-bed combusting device with a stair type air injection device is provided to actively perform a fluidization process and to prevent a backflow of fluidized substances by jetting air at various positions. CONSTITUTION: A fluidized-bed combusting device with a stair type air injection device comprises a stair type furnace(110), an air supply unit(120), an air nozzle cap(140), and an incombustibles discharge unit(150). The stair type furnace receives fluidized substances and solid fuel, combusts the same, and includes an outlet(111) connected to the incombustibles discharge unit and an air receiving unit(112) having a hollow space. The air supply unit generates air of high temperatures heated in the outside of the furnace and supplied the same to the air receiving unit. Air dispersing nozzles are penetrated through a side wall of an inner stair type structure of the furnace and connected to the air receiving unit and discharges the air of high temperatures inside the air receiving unit to the inside of the furnace. The air nozzle cap is arranged in an end portion of the air dispersing nozzle and includes a plurality of air discharge holes in a side and the underside of the air dispersing nozzle. The incombustibles discharge unit discharges the incombustibles discharged from the lower part of the furnace to one direction after cooling the same.
